1. Can I amend/ cancel my order?   我可以修改/取消訂單嗎？

Unfortunately, once you have placed your order, it is not possible to amend/ cancel order. 

確認下訂單後，就無法修改/取消訂單

2. Do you accept return or exchange?   我可以更換或退回産品嗎？

We are regret to inform you that we do not accept return or exchange due to hygiene reason. 

抱歉已寄送的貨品無法安排更換和退貨

1. What are my delivery options?   我可以選擇甚麼方式運送産品？

DayDaisy uses Surface / EC-Get / SF express to deliver our products in Hong Kong and Macao.

DayDaisy 使用 本地平郵 / 易寄取 / 順豐速運 在港澳地區運送産品。

 

2. What is the delivery fee?   運費是多少？

Hong Kong

i) Surface by Hongkong Post : Free of charge (Customer is responsible for the risk of missing mail)

ii) EC-Get +HKD10 (with tracking function and collect at post office or iPostal Station )

iii) SF express cash on delivery (~HKD30), free shipping if purchase over HKD500)

Macao

i) Surface by Hongkong Post +HKD10

ii) SF express cash on delivery (~HKD30), free shipping if purchase over HKD500)

香港

i) 本地平郵免費  (顧客需自行承擔郵寄寄失之風險）

ii) 易寄取＋HKD10（郵局取及有追踪功能）

iii) 順豐到付（~HKD30)，滿HKD500 即免運費

澳門

i) 平郵 ＋HKD10

ii) 順豐到付（~HKD30)，滿HKD500 即免運費

 

3. What countries do you deliver to?   還有甚麼國家可以按排送貨的？

We deliver worldwide.

Delivery typically takes between 4 -10 business days.

About Earrings.  關於耳環

1. What is the backing made of?   耳針是甚麼物料做的？

The earring backings are made of 925 Sterling Silver which you can see a clear mark of each of the stain normally. Other materials will be marked in product information if they are being used.

常用的耳針是用 925 銀做的，耳針上會有925記號。如使用其他物料會在産品資料欄中寫上

 

2. Are clip-on options available?   可轉耳夾嗎？

Yes, clip-ons are available in many choices. Please kindly choose the clip-on options at your shopping cart.
